service, including explaining installation processes and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.\nDocumentation:\nMaintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, test results, and inventory.\nCompleting paperwork such as timesheets, checklists, and service orders accurately and on time.\nCompliance & Safety:\nAdhering to industry standards and safety regulations\nEnsuring proper grounding for equipment and cables.\nPerforming fire-stopping procedures when required.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in installing, terminating, and testing Cat6 and coaxial cables.\nKnowledge of telecommunications systems, equipment, and networking concepts.\nExperience with testing equipment like cable testers, crimpers, signal level meters, and digital multi-meters.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.\nBasic understanding of electrical systems.\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to work at heights (e.g., on ladders and Lifts) and in confined spaces.\nAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs.).\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve cable and network issues.\nAttention to detail and precision in performing tasks and installations.\nCommitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\nPrevious experience as a Cable Technician or in a related
