As a Process Controller you will play a crucial role in supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate supplier information and documentation, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting customer and quality audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement within the Purchasing function.\nOur goal is to have a sophisticated team equipped with expert technical skills in addition to keen business acumen. Sourceability is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry.\nInsight on your impact\nManage supplier qualification and onboarding, including verification of documentation and compliance with internal procedures.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records in the ERP system, including periodic review and inactivation of dormant suppliers.\nMonitor and evaluate quarterly supplier performance against defined KPIs, and implement appropriate follow-up actions.\nIssue and follow up on corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of supplier issues.\nSupport and represent the Purchasing function in ISO and customer audits, including pre-audit preparation, post-audit actions, and audit readiness training.\nFacilitate training on internal Purchasing processes, helping ensure the Purchasing team adheres to established procedures and policies.\nProvide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the Purchasing team as and when required, including handling supplier-related documentation, uploading supplier quotations, updating POs, maintaining RTVs and payment tracking, etc.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve supplier-related issues and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.\nYour qualifications, your influence\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.\nBusiness proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.\n1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or a related administrative support role.\nDemonstrates understanding of Procurement processes, supplier management, and supplier performance evaluation.\nHands-on experience in document control, process control, and change management activities.\nProficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel capabilities.\nPreferred skills and technical familiarity\nHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and with suppliers.\nProactive and self-driven, capable of managing competing priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.\nFamiliarity with ISO
