assigned customer accounts. \nExpand and strengthen the customer base across the United States while consistently achieving or exceeding monthly gross profit and revenue targets. \nRecruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team. \nPrepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management. \nCollaborate with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests. \nTake on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management. \nYour qualifications, your influence:\nTo be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills \nAt least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role. \n2+ years leading or building a sales team. \nDemonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster strong relationships. \nHighly organized with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks. \nProficient in CRM software and other sales tools to optimize workflow and customer management. \nPreferred skills and technical familiarity:\nAdding
