assigned customer accounts.\nExpand and strengthen the customer base in ASEAN while consistently achieving or exceeding monthly gross profit and revenue targets.\nRecruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.\nPrepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.\nCollaborate with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests.\nTake on additional responsibilities as needed, as assigned by senior management.\nYour qualifications, your influence:\nAt least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the electronic components industry.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nDemonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster strong relationships.\nHighly organized with strong time management
