This position, in the future, may assume the accounting for the Hungarian entity. Sourceability is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry. \nThis role is hybrid working from our Budapest office. \nInsight on your impact:\nReview and analyze the areas of the local and global financial accounts assigned for accuracy and completeness. \nEnsure the accounts assigned are transacted in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP. \nManage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting. \nAnalyze both vendor and customer activities to ensure accuracy and proper posting. \nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with manager. \nAssist with external audits and coordinate with auditors by providing required documentation. \nMaintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. \nIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices. \nParticipate in special projects, system implementations, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed. \nIn the future, assist with an evaluation of the Hungarian entity accounting and assumption by the Hungarian accounting team of the full accounting functions from the third-party accounting firm.
