More information can be found at www.SourceAmerica.org/who-we-are\n*Due to the requirements of this position, candidates must live within 30 commuting miles or less of the SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; and work 2-3 days per week in the office.\nHow You Will Spend Your Day ...\nPartner with departments and business stakeholders to plan and execute internal and external marketing communications activities.\nManage project intake, timelines, deliverables, reviews, approvals, budgets, risks, and status communications across multiple concurrent assignments.\nTranslate client goals into actionable creative briefs, project requirements, and direction for writers, designers, digital specialists, video partners, and vendors.\nCoordinate the development and production of print, digital, web, video, promotional, event, and sales-support materials.\nAsk effective questions, identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and recommend practical solutions.\nSupport integrated campaigns by collaborating with marketing communications and sales partners to establish objectives and measure results.\nUse project management, workflow, marketing automation, CRM, and digital asset tools to organize work and maintain accurate project records.\nCommunicate changes in scope, schedule, or budget and develop contingency plans as needed.\nSelect and manage vendors in accordance with procurement policies and track project expenses against approved budgets.\nBuild productive relationships across a national organization and contribute to continuous improvement of client service and workflow.\nSalary Range\nThe salary for this position falls in a range between $85,000 - $100,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or business administration.\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, account or client services, project coordination, campaign support, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.\nStrong written, verbal, presentation, proofreading, organizational, and relationship-management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment within established processes, and collaborate effectively across teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5 or more years of relevant experience.\nBackground in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, nonprofit marketing, or a client-service environment.\nExperience supporting sales, marketing automation, CRM, trade shows, or event marketing.\nWorking knowledge of branding, collateral development, advertising, graphic design and video production processes, print production, and digital content.\nExperience with project management systems, workflow tools, enterprise resource planning platforms, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nProactive, adaptable approach with strong time-management, problem-solving, and client-service skills.\nWork Environment\nOur organization offers a hybrid work model. *Due to the requirements of this position, candidates must live within 30 miles or less of the SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; and work 2-3 days per week in the office.\nEmployee Benefits\nWe offer a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a solid retirement plan, and more!\nAccessibility Support\nWe’re committed to offering reasonable accommodation to job applicants with disabilities.
