The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of MDM principles, methodologies, governance frameworks, and operating models, with the ability to define enterprise-wide MDM processes, business requirements, and implementation roadmaps.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Define and establish enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, framework, and implementation methodology.\n\n- Work with business stakeholders to identify master data domains and define master data requirements.\n\n- Lead MDM discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business process discussions.\n\n- Design enterprise MDM operating models, governance processes, stewardship workflows, and data ownership models.\n\n- Define data quality standards, business rules, matching strategies, survivorship rules, and Golden Record methodology.\n\n- Collaborate with enterprise architects, data architects, and business teams to develop scalable MDM solutions.\n\n- Drive end-to-end MDM implementation initiatives from solution design through deployment and production support.\n\n- Define integration approaches between MDM platforms and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Establish data governance processes, metadata management, reference data management, and data lifecycle practices.\n\n- Create functional specifications, process documentation, implementation roadmaps, and governance documentation.\n\n- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance during implementation.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, methodologies, implementation frameworks, and industry best practices.\n\n- Experience defining MDM strategy, governance models, stewardship processes, and business requirements.\n\n- Hands-on experience in at least one enterprise MDM platform such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy xDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or Profisee.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Master Data domains, Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, Golden Record creation, Hierarchy Management, Reference Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality.\n\n- Experience designing enterprise data integration solutions, MDM architecture, SQL, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience defining enterprise Data Governance frameworks.\n\n- Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK or other industry MDM/Data Governance best practices.\n\n- Experience with Data Stewardship processes and operating models.\n\n- Exposure to Apache Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or modern data engineering platforms.\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Relevant MDM or cloud certifications.\n\nSkills\nMDM Implementation, MDM, Informatica, Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Migration, STIBO, Reltio Cloud, Data Steward, ETL","description_format":"text","description_chars":3025,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","Recruiting & Staffing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T04:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":10,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.4,"p_active":0.571,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":47,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:47","velocity","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-09-29T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/sourcebae-mdm-architect","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/sourcebae-mdm-architect.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-30T01:38:46Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1237,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3763,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-01T00:00:00Z"}}}
