evaluations.\nLead distributed teams and contributor networks, potentially involving 100–1,000+ software engineers.\nBuild team-lead, reviewer, onboarding, training, and quality-control structures.\nAnalyze quality signals, datasets, defects, bottlenecks, and operational metrics to identify root causes.\nPartner with talent teams to source, assess, onboard, and ramp technical contributors.\nAct as a key customer-facing contact, communicating progress, risks, quality trends, and recovery plans.\nTranslate research objectives into practical technical task specifications and challenge requirements when needed.\nUse Python, SQL, or similar tools for quality sampling, defect analysis, reporting, and operational reviews.\nDevelop reusable playbooks, evaluation assets,
