Assist with the review process, allocation, and billing distribution in collaboration with assigned team members to meet established invoicing deadlines.\nJob Details\nWork Setup: Work from home\nShift/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time\nHolidays: U.S. corporate holiday calendar\nResponsibilities\nPrepare recurring franchise and billing workbooks for assigned domestic and international property portfolios based on agreed inputs and billing procedures.\nReview billing records, allocations, coding references, and account details for completeness and accuracy.\nRespond to franchise billing inquiries and work with senior accounting and AR colleagues to research discrepancies.\nMaintain and update Excel billing workbooks, control lists, supporting schedules and standard operating instructions.\nTrack required billing source data, adjustments and special cases and escalate issues requiring accounting judgment.\nSupport simple month-end reconciliation and journal support when assigned by the accounting lead.\nCalculate prorations for terminations and change of ownerships. Calculate and verify accuracy of requested credits.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workbook structures and reduce repeated manual billing corrections.\nMaintain organized billing records, supporting documentation, and correspondence for audit and internal follow-up.\nAttend monthly onboard meetings with stakeholders within the organization to review the current month’s billing changes and requirements.\nMaintain communication and collaboration with team members and applicable stakeholders, including legal for contract language and interpretation.\nQualifications\nAt least 2 years of billing experience, accounts receivable, invoicing, or transactional accounting.\nExperience checking billing inputs, account balances, invoice accuracy, and basic accounting support records.\nStrong Excel skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to maintain structured workbooks and large sets of recurring invoice data.\nProfessional communication skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines with limited supervision.\nNice to Have\nFranchise, contract-based, international or multi-property billing experience.\nBasic Accounting knowledge, transaction flow, and GL/reconciliation exposure and familiarity with accounting or invoicing platforms.\nExperience improving billing worksheets, calculations, formulas, and documenting repeatable
