reconciliation of books to ensure consistency with bank statements. \nExecute Year-End Reconciliation, payroll reconciliation, merchant fee adjustments, and revenue timing adjustments. \nCommunicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and ensure timely book closures. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with support and accounting departments for timely task completion. \nTrack and input personal metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize individual performance. \nQualifications:\nA bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience in the field. \nA minimum of one year’s experience in executing month-end financial closes.\nExceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and precision in all interactions. \nDemonstrated analytical acumen, ensuring detailed and accurate financial reporting. \nTrack and input personal metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize individual performance. \nNice to haves:\nPrior experience in a remote working environment. \nUnderstanding of the tax requirements for Sole Proprietors and S-Corps, along with the ability to apply this knowledge to their specific bookkeeping
