labor, material, and production costs to develop competitive estimates.\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information.\nMaintain organized estimate documentation and project records.\nAssist in bid preparation and proposal submissions.\nIdentify potential project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.\nEnsure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.\nQualifications\n1+ years of experience in estimating, construction, or related field.\nExperience or knowledge in Structural Steel projects preferred.\nProficiency with Bluebeam software required.\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills beyond basic square footage calculations.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nGood communication and problem-solving abilities.\nMicrosoft Office proficiency required (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nPreferred Qualifications\nConstruction, Engineering, Architecture, or related educational background.\nExperience working with U.S.-based construction projects is a plus.\nKnowledge of additional estimating software is an advantage.\nEnglish proficiency preferred for communication with international
