The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.\nJob Details\nWork from home\nMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM New Zealand Time\nWill observe New Zealand Holidays\nResponsibilities\nProcess day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently.\nMaintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).\nAssist with month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.\nProcess and monitor multi-currency transactions across international operations.\nPrepare and maintain accounts, bank, and other financial reconciliations.\nAssist in managing and reconciling intercompany transactions.\nPerform transaction coding and processing within the ERP system.\nMonitor and resolve disputed invoices, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.\nProvide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team.\nWork closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in financial administration, accounting, or a similar finance support role.\nKnowledge of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end processes.\nExperience with ERP systems;
