Position Summary The Financial Administrator will support the company’s day-to-day financial operations across New Zealand and the USA, handling financial transactions, AR/AP, reconciliations, month-end activities, multi-currency and intercompany transactions, invoice disputes, and ERP system administration. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Job Details Work from home Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM New Zealand Time Will observe New Zealand Holidays Responsibilities Process day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting requirements. Process and monitor multi-currency transactions across international operations. Prepare and maintain accounts, bank, and other financial reconciliations. Assist in managing and reconciling intercompany transactions. Perform transaction coding and processing within the ERP system.
