Details\nWork-from-home\nMonday to Friday | 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Manila Time)\nTo follow AU Holidays\nSupply Chain, Operations Reporting & Analytics\nProduce daily, weekly and monthly operational and supply chain reports. \nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards. \nPerform data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities. \nCreate executive-ready visualisations and performance reporting packs. \nMaintain reporting databases, spreadsheets and reporting standards. \nSupport business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations. \nAdministration & Business Support\nMonitor and manage shared inboxes and business requests. \nProvide administrative support across all business functions. \nCoordinate calendars, meetings, travel and visitor management activities. \nSupport business improvement initiatives, safety programs and projects. \nCoordinate purchasing, suppliers, courier and freight activities. \nProcess invoices and support finance administration. \nCoordinate events, communications, ELT and Board administration. \nKey Skills & Experience\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, dashboard creation and reporting automation. \nStrong Power BI skills including data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, visualisation and automated reporting. \nExperience creating operational, supply chain and business performance reports. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights. \nExcellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. \nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. \nKey Success Measures\nAccurate and on-time delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reporting. \nDevelopment and maintenance of effective Power BI dashboards. \nHigh quality administration and stakeholder support. \nImproved reporting automation and business insight
