codes\nTrack lien releases and compliance documentation\nMaintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies\nAccounts Receivable (AR) & Client Communication\nPrepare and send client invoices, progress billings, and change-order documentation accurately and on time\nBuild positive client relationships through friendly, professional communication about invoice status, payment timing,\nsupporting documentation, and outstanding balances\nWork closely with project managers and operations teams to confirm billing details, answer questions promptly, and keep\ncollections moving forward\nMaintain clear client follow-up notes, aging updates, and action items for internal operations meetings\nPayroll\nProcess bi-monthly payroll for field crews and office staff\nTrack job hours, labor allocation, and overtime\nHandle certified payroll / prevailing wage reporting (if applicable)\nOperations & Accounting Support\nSupport project teams with job costing, project tracking, billing status, and closeout coordination\nSupport month-end close and reporting\nMaintain organized financial records and documentation\nQualifications\n2-5 years' experience in AP/AR and payroll (construction and Construction trades strongly preferred)\nFamiliarity with job costing and project-based accounting\nExperience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills\nAbility to manage high transaction volume with accuracy\nOutgoing, articulate, and confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with clients and internal team\nHighly organized, energetic, and positive, with strong follow-through and attention to detail\nPreferred (Nice to Have)\nExperience with construction software (Textura, Buildertrend, etc.)\nKnowledge of certified payroll / prevailing wage\nExperience supporting multiple concurrent
