Job Overview Our client is an Abu Dhabi-based holding company with a diversified portfolio spanning strategic industries. The organisation is building a marketing shared-services capability in the Philippines to support its group and portfolio companies. Support product marketing and customer experience across the group and its portfolio companies. Help teams understand customer needs, communicate product value, coordinate launches and improve the end-to-end experience, including satisfaction, NPS, CSAT, customer effort and feedback measures.
