This role serves as the daily supplier point of contact for the client, managing communications to sustain strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will deliver quality finite material and production schedules within both the “fixed” and “trading zones,” satisfying the master supply plan and actual customer requirements. Quezon City\n5-day rotational schedule\nMorning Shift | Manila Time\nResponsibilities:\nCreate daily production plans using the client’s ERP Systems.\nProvide quality, feasible, and material schedules in daily time buckets to optimize plant efficiencies.\nMaintain and own the site production process within trading and fixed zones to ensure consistency between weekly supply plans and daily schedules.\nMaintain OPS Master Sequence data.\nPlan to capacity and identify solutions when sites are over capacity, reporting to the Planning Manager.\nMaintain Master Data across all Planning ERP systems.\nCollaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations to minimize excess stock and/or finished goods dumps.\nPrepare production plans for events in advance, including public holidays, sporting events, and launches.\nCreate weekly supply schedules for deliveries for each produce line by matching supply availabilities with the client’s master supply plan to meet planned production requirements.\nUnderstand freight cost options to ensure supply is mapped and ordered to maximize truck and freight utilization.\nCreate Material to Plan availability reports daily for each production site.\nMaintain all relevant system data to required standards, including all weekly and daily templates.\nDevelop the efficiency, reliability, and integrity of our planning systems.\nParticipate cross-functionally to optimize plant efficiencies.\nPerform case fill coding, publish CSLs, analyze data for trends, and work with relevant teams to improve overall case fill.\nPrepare data for and participate in weekly Operational Planning review meetings, taking actions for publishing to the group.\nConduct accurate raw material dump coding, analyze trends, and work with relevant teams to reduce the overall value of raw material dumped.\nCollaborate with regional supply managers to improve inbound DIFFOT performance, optimizing delivery time slots and standardizing order multiples with suppliers.\nPartner with operational leads to ensure site manufacturing and plans result in quality finished goods.\nMaintain raw material inventory holdings within agreed guidelines to maximize freshness/quality and minimize dump exposure, implementing site or recipe changes where necessary.\nChampion Zero Harm programs and initiatives.\nPromote a positive safety culture.\nEnsure total onsite inventory falls within agreed site receivals capacity to maintain a safe working environment.\nEnsure compliance with all company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.\nQualifications:\n Proven experience within an FMCG/manufacturing operation (preferably short shelf life).\n Proven production planning and scheduling experience.\nExperience delivering commercial results in an operational environment.\nCapability to drive collaborative relationships and accountability that delivers results.\nExperience using planning and scheduling tools and ERP software.\nPrevious experience working with remote manufacturing sites is a plus.\nStrong will to learn and grow both personally and professionally.\nStrong ethics and attention to detail.\nAbility to work with and
