In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the Project Set-Up team, ensuring accurate financial management of projects from creation through completion. You will handle financial coordination, data validation, and operational support, ensuring that projects are set up properly, transactions are processed efficiently, and deliverables are met on time with precision.\nThis is an on-site position in the Dominican Republic, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with large sets of data and cross-functional teams.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nProject Set-Up & Monitoring:Manage the project/job creation queue, ensuring that all data is accurate, validated, and approved by the appropriate parties.\n\nTracking & Reporting:Track project progress and deliverables, flag potential delays, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.\n\nDocumentation & Organization:Keep project files up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible for team use.\n\nFinancial Coordination:\nSupport the accounting team during month-end close to ensure all transactions are processed.\nHandle order processing and project set-up tasks.\nPerform reconciliations between different systems and project records.\nQuality Control:\nVerify daily samples of completed project set-ups and provide feedback.\nAssist supervisors with tracking key metricsand performance indicators.\n\nIssue Resolution:Proactively monitor risks and issues, escalate when needed, and communicate resolutions to market leads.\n\nCross-Team Support:Coordinate with other teams on special projects and communicate any special processing requirements to team leads.\n\nWho You Are:\nDetail-Oriented & Analytical:You have a keen eye for accuracy and enjoy working through complex problems with a hands-on approach.\n\nStrong Communicator:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly.\n\nOrganized & Efficient:You excel at time management, planning, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.\n\nCollaborative:You work well with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate across departments.\n\nYour Skills & Experience:\n5+ years of experience in Accounting (non-entry level;
