aging and supplier inquiry resolution.\nJob Details\nWork Setup: Work from home\nShift/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time\nHolidays: U.S. corporate holiday calendar\nResponsibilities\nProcess and review high-volume invoices, research duplicate invoices, missing approvals, verify supporting purchase orders and approvals, and assign accurate chart-of-accounts distributions. \nMaintain vendor data, support creation and updates of suppliers, and investigate duplicate or inactive vendor records. \nSupport AP payment runs, electronic payments, wires, returned checks, stale-dated/voided checks and returned funds as assigned. \nReconcile vendor statements, corporate AP items and high-value vendor balances, resolving credits and outstanding differences. \nMonitor accounts payable aging, process supplier inquiries and respond to AP tickets, including outstanding and escalated matters. \nPrepare or support AP accruals, payment registers, payment status reports and month-end close documentation. \nHandle specialized invoice and adjustment workflows such as capital expenditures, insurance, expense reimbursements and sold-property invoices as assigned. \nCoordinate with hotel and corporate finance colleagues to maintain payment controls, accurate allocations and timely resolution. \nQualifications\nAt least 3 years of accounts payable experience, including invoice processing, general ledger coding and issue resolution or reconciliation. \nKnowledge of chart-of-accounts allocations and experience with ERP-based accounts payable workflows. \nUnderstanding of the procure-to-pay cycle, basic financial controls and vendor communication. \nStrong Excel, analytics, organization, attention to detail, follow-up and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to follow established controls, manage deadlines, and recognize matters requiring escalation. \nNice to Have\nExperience with Yardi \nVendor master setup/maintenance, vendor statement reconciliations, complex AP aging and exception handling. \nPayment runs, bank wires, virtual card processes, vendor portals or corporate AP month-end
