platforms \nCreate and manage a content calendar aligned with company milestones, team highlights, and thought leadership \nWrite and design (or brief designers on) posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video concepts \nMonitor community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in the brand's voice \nTrack performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights \nClient Work\nManage social media accounts for multiple clients simultaneously, maintaining distinct brand voices across each \nBuild monthly content calendars in collaboration with clients and internal account leads \nWrite copy, develop creative briefs, and coordinate with designers for client content production \nSchedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X \nConduct monthly performance reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients \nStay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to inform strategy \nQualifications\nRequired\n3-5 years of social media management experience, including client-facing or agency work \nStrong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands \nHands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) \nProficiency in native analytics across major platforms (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.) \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously \nComfort with basic content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express \nFamiliarity with AI tools and best practices as they apply to content creation, copywriting, and social media workflows (e.g. using AI for ideation, drafting, and performance analysis) \nPreferred\nExperience at a
