timelines.\nJob Details\nWork Setup: Work from home until further notice\nSchedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible to an extent)\nAlthough the default schedule for this role is dayshift, there may be instances when you will need to adjust your shift to attend client meetings and facilitate interviews at night/early morning.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, reference checks, job offer management, and onboarding endorsements.\nServe as a primary point of contact for assigned recruitment requirements, maintaining regular communication with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.\nParticipate in client kickoff meetings and recruitment discussions to understand hiring needs, clarify job requirements, and align on candidate profiles, recruitment timelines, and selection processes.\nSource, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment platforms, job boards, social media channels, and other sourcing strategies.\nCollaborate with the Recruitment Lead and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and address recruitment challenges.\nPresent and endorse qualified candidates to clients, ensuring candidate profiles and recommendations are accurate, complete, and aligned with hiring requirements.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.\nConduct pre- and post-interview briefings, gather feedback, and communicate next steps to candidates and clients.\nAdminister and oversee candidate assessments, as required.\nConduct and document reference checks for selected candidates, ensuring completion of necessary verifications before proceeding with job offers.\nFacilitate job offer discussions with selected candidates, clearly communicating approved compensation packages, benefits, employment terms, and other relevant details.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary job offer approvals, address candidate concerns, and facilitate offer acceptance.\nMonitor and follow up on pending job offers, ensuring timely completion of requirements and proper endorsement of accepted candidates to the onboarding team.\nProvide regular recruitment updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including candidate pipeline status, interview progress, hiring challenges, and expected timelines.\nProactively manage client expectations, address recruitment-related concerns, and recommend solutions to improve hiring outcomes.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment activities, and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment trackers.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience and support long-term partnerships.\nEnsure recruitment activities are completed within established timelines while maintaining compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and standards.\nQualifications & Requirements\nExperience in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, and job offer management, is preferred.\nRequired experience in a client-facing recruitment role, with demonstrated ability to communicate directly with clients and hiring managers, manage recruitment expectations, and provide regular hiring updates.\nStrong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.\nProficiency in Boolean search techniques and familiarity with various sourcing strategies is an advantage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate client meetings, discuss recruitment requirements, and provide professional hiring updates.\nStrong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify recruitment challenges and recommend practical solutions.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment trackers, and other recruitment tools is an advantage.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and delivering quality results.\nWillingness to adjust work schedules as needed to accommodate client meetings and interviews across different time
