Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, reference checks, job offer discussions, and onboarding endorsements. This is a client-facing role that requires close collaboration with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates. The role involves proactively identifying and engaging talent through various recruitment channels, managing multiple hiring requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
