This professional will be responsible for\nensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, validating invoices and\npayments, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and supporting\nfinancial governance and operational excellence in a dynamic and international\nenvironment.\nResponsabilidades e atribuições\nPerform supplier accountreconciliations, ensuring consistency between invoices, systems, and\ncompleted payments. \n\nAnalyze and investigate paymentdiscrepancies, supporting the resolution of financial inconsistencies. \n\nValidate balances, expenses,and financial transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance. \n\nReview and validate supplierinvoices and supporting documentation before payment processing. \n\nSupport the end-to-end AccountsPayable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments. \n\nAct as a primary contact forsuppliers regarding payment status, invoice inquiries, and billing-related\nmatters. \n\nCommunicate with suppliers toresolve invoice discrepancies and obtain additional documentation when\nrequired.\n\nVerify the application oftaxes, fees, charges, and other financial components associated with\nsupplier payments. \n\nPrepare operational reports andsupport financial analysis, audits, and compliance reviews.\n\nMaintain organizeddocumentation and provide support during internal and external audits.\n\nRequisitos e qualificações\nBachelor’s degree completed inBusiness Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related\nfields. \n\nIntermediate/Advanced English,with the ability to communicate through emails, read global procedures,\nand interact with international stakeholders when necessary.\n\nMinimum of 2 years ofexperience in Accounts Payable, Financial Operations, Invoice Processing,\nFinancial Reconciliation, or related areas.\n\nKnowledge of Accounts Payableprocesses, invoice validation, and supplier payment cycles. \n\nExperience with financialreconciliations and analysis of payment discrepancies. \n\nExperience working with ERPsystems and financial platforms.\n\nKnowledge of QuickBooks andTelecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions is considered a plus. \n\nStrong analytical skills andattention to detail.\n\nProblem-solving mindset andability to identify and resolve financial inconsistencies.\n\nEffective communication skillsand
