cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of innovative digital experiences.\nResponsabilidades e atribuições\nLead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance frontend applications using modern web technologies. \nDefine and promote frontend architecture standards, coding best practices, and development guidelines across the team. \nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to frontend engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical excellence. \nCollaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. \nDrive the adoption of modern development methodologies, including Agile practices, DevSecOps principles, and CI/CD processes. \nReview code, ensure adherence to quality standards, and oversee testing strategies to maintain application reliability and performance. \nIdentify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues. \nLead technical planning, effort estimation, and prioritization activities to support successful project delivery. \nEvaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality. \nMonitor application performance and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making. \nSupport incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures to improve platform stability.\nRequisitos e qualificações\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. \nAdvanced English (B2/C1), with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. \nMinimum of 7 years of experience in Frontend Development, including experience in technical leadership or team management roles. \nStrong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Angular.\nSolid understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development. \nExperience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications. \nStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. \nExperience with RESTful APIs, microservices-based architectures, and integration patterns. \nProven experience with source control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows. \nExperience leading Agile development teams and participating in Scrum or similar frameworks. \nFamiliarity with project management approaches, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies (nice to have).\nFamiliarity with
