This role will manage supplier warranty and return processes (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization), service orders, and post-sales operational activities, ensuring a high levelof service for partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nResponsabilidades e atribuições\nManage supplier RMA requests from initiation through resolution.\nReview and process service-related sales orders and license vouchers.\nMonitor open cases and orders daily to ensure service levels are met.\nServe as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to RMAs and service orders.\nMaintain accurate supplier, product, service, and eCommerce information.\nPartner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Supplier Services, and Sales teams to resolve issues.\nTrack activities within internal systems and supplier platforms.\nSupport additional suppliers and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.\nRequisitos e qualificações\nAdvanced English, written and verbal.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.\nComfort learning and utilizing web-based systems and internal tools.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Operations, Supply Chain Support, or similar functions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.\nPrefered Qualifications\nExperience working with distributors, suppliers, or manufacturers.\nExposure to technology or
