current business processes (\"as-is\") and the SAP systems supporting those processes. \nMaintain proficiency in the configuration, processing, and support of assigned SAP functional modules. \nGather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionality and system capabilities. \nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements that support business objectives. \nSupport user adoption of new SAP processes and functionalities through training and guidance. \nAssist business users in adapting operational procedures to align with system capabilities and best practices. \nResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues while working closely with senior analysts and technical teams when needed. \nSupport project execution and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. \nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements and system performance. \nSupport ongoing system enhancements, modifications, and optimization efforts from a business perspective. \nCommunicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding system functionality, business processes, and solution changes. \nDevelop and maintain expertise in assigned SAP business processes and applications.\nRequisitos e qualificações\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, preferred for interaction with international teams.\nExperience supporting SAP business processes and functional modules.\nKnowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.\nExperience participating in system enhancements, projects, implementations, or support activities.\nAbility to analyze business needs and translate requirements into system solutions.\nExperience supporting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.\nExcellent
