This is an on-site role with coverage in Western Nassau County, NY.\n RESPONSIBILITIES\nBachelor's degree in an IT related curriculum or related field experience \nProven Experience as a Support Engineer or relevant position \nAbility to communicate effectively \nAble to plan and execute projects efficiently, independently, and effectively. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to work independently and in a team environment. \nAbility to take instruction. \nExcellent organizational and time-management skills \nIn-depth understanding of diverse computer systems. \nGood knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles. \nMust be detail-oriented and able to keep impeccable documentation \nLooking to grow and improve their skillset. \nRequirements\nLaptop troubleshooting - significant knowledge of laptop hardware, as well as the ability to repair the device from top to bottom. \nDesktop support - Latest Windows OS, ChromeOS, Misc. software, Microsoft Office 365, printing, troubleshooting skills especially Print Server communication, as well as significant hardware troubleshooting skills. \nServer support - Legacy and latest Windows Server OS, Active Directory, group policy, printing, NTFS and share permissions, troubleshooting skills. \nActive Directory - Users and Devices \nGoogle Workspace Administration \nApple MDM (DEP, VPP) \nSecurity is the main focus, making sure devices are up to date with patches, AV definitions, devices authorization, etc... \nAbility to interface with vendors through email or voice call to schedule RMA for devices. \nPrint repair/troubleshooting - ability to troubleshoot and repair various printer models/makes \n Sourcepass participates in the E-Verify program.
