SourceWhale is an AI-powered suite of productivity modules for recruitment, staffing and exec search firms.

About Us

SourceWhale is the leading AI native Recruitment Productivity Platform, helping recruiters increase conversations and do more with less. We integrate with the tools recruiters use every day, including CRMs, email platforms and data providers. With our best-in-class product, we are on a mission to become the category leader in Recruitment Technology.

Please note: This role is hybrid from our Shoreditch office.

Why Us?

We're a team of seriously talented, positive individuals and we invest heavily in our people, so you won't feel like a number here.

We're proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2025, reflecting our commitment to building a people-first culture where people can do their best work and continue to grow.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, profitable tech startup that is scaling rapidly within the Recruitment Technology space. We've built an incredible product that our customers love. Just take a look at our G2 reviews.

As a Product Manager at SourceWhale, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our product. Reporting directly to one of our Senior Product Managers, you'll have the opportunity to own meaningful product areas, work closely with customers, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of SaaS Product Management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll gain greater ownership, work on complex product challenges, and continue developing your skills within a high-growth environment.

You'll be supported by experienced Product Managers while having the autonomy and responsibility to make a real impact on our customers and our business.

Day in the Life

Engage with our customers

You'll spend time speaking directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather requirements and identify opportunities to improve their experience. You'll become a strong voice of the customer within the product team, helping us build solutions that genuinely solve problems.

Collaborate with Engineering

You'll work closely with our development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and defining requirements through to delivery and iteration, ensuring we build high-quality features that create real customer value.

Champion the product

You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to support successful product launches, ensuring new features are communicated effectively and drive adoption.

Own outcomes, not just features

You'll define success before work begins, measure impact after launch and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product. You'll be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and adapting when new evidence emerges.

Prioritise ruthlessly

You'll balance customer needs, technical complexity, business goals and team capacity. You understand that great product management is about making thoughtful decisions on where to focus and recognising that saying no to good ideas is often what allows great ideas to succeed.

Who You Are

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in SaaS Product Management.

  • You think from the customer's perspective and are constantly looking for ways to improve their experience.

  • You have strong analytical skills and use data and insights to inform product decisions.

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • You have experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.

  • You are comfortable collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer-facing teams.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate problems, solutions and priorities.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company.

  • Experience building products for commercial, sales or customer-facing teams.

  • Experience working within a high-growth SaaS startup environment.

Our Hiring Process

Stage 1: Screening Interview with our Talent Acquisition Team

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview

Stage 3: Task Interview

Stage 4: Final Interview

Ahead of the final interview, we typically ask candidates to provide the names of previous managers or colleagues who are happy for us to have a short reference conversation with. This does not impact your ability to progress through the process, and we will only ever contact the people that you have given us permission to speak with.

What's In It For You

At SourceWhale, we champion a culture built on transparency, trust and flexibility. Open communication is our norm, and everyone's voice truly matters.

We offer a flexible working model, allowing you to balance office and remote working while recognising that everyone works best in different ways. Collaboration is key, whether that's in our Shoreditch office, at company meetups or virtually.

We're committed to continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback, encouraging innovation and giving everyone the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We also offer:

  • 25 days' holiday, plus public holidays.

  • MacBook and any additional technology or software you need to do your best work.

  • Flexible working arrangements.

  • Private medical, dental and vision insurance.

  • Income Protection Insurance.

  • Extended mental health cover and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

  • Compassionate leave policy.

  • Monthly social events.

  • The opportunity to experience life at a scaling startup where you'll have genuine ownership and the ability to make a significant impact.
