If you have a passion for teamwork, are willing to leave your ego at the door, and have a strong drive for creative excellence, we would love to talk.\nYour Mission\nWe are looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision and experience design of immersive, interactive, and technology-driven projects, from initial concept through to final delivery.\nThis role calls for a senior creative leader with a strong foundation in visual design and art direction, combined with expertise in experience strategy, UX, storytelling, content production, and creative technology.\nYou will shape compelling user and audience experiences, establish distinctive creative directions, and ensure creative consistency across multidisciplinary productions.\nWe are particularly interested in someone who is hands-on in visual development, capable of personally creating initial concepts, treatments, and style frames, while directing sophisticated content production and maintaining creative oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nYou will collaborate closely with creative leadership, producers, designers, content strategists, creative technologists, developers, and other multidisciplinary teams to align creative vision with experience design, technical feasibility, and production requirements. You will also work with clients and stakeholders to translate their objectives and feedback into cohesive, high-quality experiences.\nPS.: Candidates must be able to work and collaborate during US business hours (US time zones), regardless of their location.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Experience Strategy & Design\nDefine the overall experience vision, creative premise and guiding principles.\n\nTranslate client objectives and audience needs into compelling, intuitive and engaging experiences.\n\nShape user journeys, interaction models and experience principles, considering usability, accessibility and context.\n\nIdentify opportunities to make experiences distinctive, meaningful and memorable.\n\n2. Creative & Art Direction\nLead the creative direction across projects, defining the visual language, tone and overall approach.\n\nDevelop and present concepts, mood boards, visual references and creative treatments.\n\nDirect visual design, motion, animation, content and storytelling to ensure a cohesive creative vision.\n\nMaintain creative consistency and quality across all outputs and disciplines.\n\n3. Creative Leadership & Collaboration\nLead and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear direction, feedback and creative decisions.\n\nWork closely with UX/UI Designers, Content Strategists, Creative Technologists, Developers, Animators, 3D Artists, Sound Designers and Producers.\n\nEncourage collaboration, experimentation and creative problem-solving.\n\nEnsure all disciplines remain aligned with the agreed creative vision and quality expectations.\n\n4. Technology & Production Collaboration\nWork closely with Creative Technology and Production teams to ensure concepts are technically and operationally achievable.\n\nUnderstand relevant technologies, platforms and physical environments, recognising their opportunities and limitations.\n\nBalance creative ambition with technical feasibility, scope, budget and schedule.\n\nIdentify potential constraints early and develop creative solutions without compromising the core experience.\n\n5. Creative Oversight & Delivery\nMaintain creative oversight from concept development through to final delivery.\n\nReview designs, prototypes and integrated experiences, providing clear and constructive feedback.\n\nMake timely creative decisions and guide adaptations throughout development and production.\n\nIdentify and resolve creative and experience-related issues, ensuring the final work maintains the quality, coherence and intent of the approved vision.\n\nRequirements\nYour Journey\nMust Have\nExperience: developing immersive and interactive experiences across physical and digital environments.\n\nSenior Creative Direction Experience: Extensive experience leading the creative vision and execution of multidisciplinary projects from concept through final delivery.\n\nVisual Design & Art Direction: Strong artistic foundation with the ability to independently establish visual direction and create initial concepts, treatments and style frames.\n\nExperience Design: Proven expertise in shaping engaging user and audience experiences, including experience strategy, UX and interaction design.\n\nContent Production: Demonstrated experience directing sophisticated and technically complex content production across animation, game engines, film, UI and interactive experiences.\n\nEnd-to-End Creative Ownership: Ability to maintain creative leadership and involvement throughout development and production, ensuring the final experience reflects the approved creative vision.\n\nMultidisciplinary Leadership: Experience guiding creative teams across visual design, motion, animation, content, UX/UI, 3D and creative technology.\n\nCreative Technology Understanding: Strong understanding of technology-driven experiences, including technical possibilities, limitations and integration considerations.\n\nProduction Awareness: Ability to balance creative ambition with technical feasibility, production constraints, budgets and schedules.\n\nCreative Communication: Ability to present concepts, communicate artistic direction, provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nNice to Have\nBackground in brand experiences involving immersive, interactive or technology-driven creative work.\n\nExperience directing creative work across a broad range of content formats and production disciplines.\n\nEngagement Opportunity\nThe collaboration will begin on a freelance basis, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role if there is a strong mutual fit.
