As the face of the project, you will manage client relations and act as the bridge between the client and the production team. You will ensure every project phase is delivered according to agreed criteria, on time and within budget. You will proactively manage major risks and guide teams with clear direction and recommendations. With your strong leadership and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you will maintain a steady presence throughout the project lifecycle as a positive influencer. RESPONSABILITIES\nBusiness Development Support & Client Relations\nDevelop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients.\n\nBuild and sustain an industry network (sports teams, stadiums, brands, etc.).\n\nNetwork and actively participate in professional activities within the target segment.\n\nAssess the feasibility and profitability of potential projects based on client needs and technical requirements.\n\nPrepare service proposals and presentations for current and prospective clients.\n\nProject Management and Delivery\nDevelop and define the project strategy, including its planning, organization, and oversight (proposals, contracts, detailed budgets, timelines, procedures, and objectives).\n\nOversee the production of multimedia projects, aligning the work of creative, content, technical, scenography, and field operations teams.\n\nIdentify and analyze the resources required for project execution.\n\nAnticipate, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks.\n\nSource and identify top suppliers in collaboration with the procurement department.\n\nPrepare project-related contractual and administrative documents for clients, in collaboration with the legal department.\n\nIdentify contractual challenges and risks alongside the relevant internal teams.\n\nPlan, issue, and track invoicing, ensuring payment follow-ups with the client.\n\nAssign tasks to project managers based on the established strategy and resource availability.\n\nManage client relations, act as the face of the project, and champion the teams.\n\nMonitor project progress and ensure smooth operations by providing guidance and recommendations to teams (technical specs, objectives, performance, profitability, etc.).\n\nEnsure compliance with budgets, schedules, and profitability targets.\n\nLead project post-mortems in collaboration with the teams.\n\nPlan and organize project archiving.\n\nAct as an expert and positive influence by mentoring, training, and guiding others based on your knowledge and skills.\n\nContribute to standardizing tools and processes across different producers.\n\nRequirements\nYOUR JOURNEY\n5+ years of experience in production, project management, or experience delivery within the sports, entertainment, brand experience, and immersive environment sectors.\n\nExperience in a creative or artistic field related to Moment Factory’s core business (multimedia environments, audiovisual production, live entertainment, immersive experiences, etc.).\n\nStrong understanding of the sports, entertainment, and consumer experience industries.\n\nProven experience delivering multidisciplinary projects involving creative content, technology, and operations.\n\nExperience in producing permanent immersive installations as well as temporary events (brand activations, experiential projects).\n\nClient-facing experience managing complex projects with a heavy creative component.\n\nSolid understanding of the operational realities of live events and temporary installations.\n\nExcellent knowledge of the financial and legal frameworks governing projects: budgets, contracts, production costs, invoicing, intellectual property, etc.\n\nGood understanding of the various production stages and a baseline knowledge of multimedia technologies.\n\nOutstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and partner management.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, collaborative environments.\n\nKnowledge and interest in the AI field.\n\nFamiliarity with design software, 3D design, editing, or creative tools is an asset.\n\nYOUR QUALITIES\nPositive leadership and a strong
