Bring your talents to a new streamlined energy company, dedicated to operational, commercial and safety excellence as we pursue our critical purpose of delivering the energy people need.\nThe Opportunity\nOur Integrity & Maintenance Project Execution team is responsible for delivering projects that maintain the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of our existing pipeline and facility assets across North America.\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver maintenance and integrity projects with moderate complexity and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This role is accountable for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that preserve asset integrity, reduce operational risk, support regulatory compliance, and enhance system reliability across our North American footprint.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Integrity Management, Regulatory, Environmental, Supply Chain, and Construction Management teams to safely deliver projects while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and governance expectations. This role will require frequent travel to various job sites and stakeholder locations in Canada and the United States.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage the full lifecycle execution of maintenance and integrity projects from initiation through to closeout.\nManage projects involving pipeline repairs, integrity dig programs, facility upgrades, anomaly remediation, damage prevention initiatives, reliability improvements, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nDevelop project execution plans, cost estimates, schedules, risk registers, and execution strategies, aligned with South Bows Project Delivery Process.\nCoordinate internal and external resources to safely deliver projects while minimizing impacts to ongoing operations.\nManage contract development, procurement strategies, bidding activities, contractor selection, and contractor performance.\nEnsure project activities comply with company requirements, industry Codes and Standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.\nIdentify and manage project risks through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and mitigation strategies.\nProvide leadership throughout project execution, including oversight of construction management, inspection, commissioning, and project controls activities.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Operations and Integrity teams to align project priorities with asset needs.\nPrepare and deliver project status reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or another related technical or business discipline.\nEquivalent combinations of education, training, and directly related experience will be considered. Candidates with significant relevant project delivery experience may be considered in lieu of formal post-secondary education.\n6+ years of experience managing infrastructure, maintenance, integrity, operations support, construction, or industrial projects.\nDemonstrated success delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and operational interfaces.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and contractor execution.\nStrong understanding of pipeline, facilities, maintenance, integrity, or industrial operations environments.\nStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or other relevant professional accreditation.\nExperience supporting pipeline integrity management programs.\nExperience working within regulated pipeline, energy, utility, or industrial infrastructure environments.\nKnowledge of construction management, commissioning, inspection, quality management, and asset integrity programs.\nAbout our business\nSouth Bow's existing oil & liquids pipeline infrastructure connects Alberta crude oil supplies to U.S. refining markets in Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas and the U.S. Gulf Coast.We remain committed to meeting the energy needs of North Americans today, while advancing our Liquids Pipelines System for the demands of the future.
