Find out more\nYour Service\n At Nyetimber Lodge, you'll benefit from the opportunity to lead a well-established supported living service for six adults with learning disabilities. You will be supported by a dedicated team of 15 permanent support workers, bank staff, an experienced Deputy Manager, and one Senior Support Worker.\nThis well-established management structure provides significant leadership capacity within the service, allowing you to focus on developing your team, driving quality, enhancing practice, improving outcomes, and creating a positive culture.\nWhat you’ll be doing\n As the Registered Manager, you'll lead to deliver exceptional, person-centred support within a culture of dignity, respect and inclusion.\nYour role will include:\nCQC registration for the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements, driving quality improvement and maintaining high standards of care and support.\nLeading and developing a team. \nCreating an environment where both our clients and colleagues can thrive and work collaboratively with families, professionals and stakeholders.\nOverseeing rota planning, recruitment, workforce development and service performance.\nUnderstanding the support needs of your clients and providing direct support when required.\nParticipation in Southdown's on-call rota, typically around one duty period per month, providing management advice and support by telephone to services when required, for which you will an on-call allowance: £12.30 (weekday) to £25.63 (weekend / bank holiday) per shift.\nPlease refer to the attached job description for full details.\nYour Support Team\n As part of our Learning Disabilities Team, you'll benefit from being part of a wider network of local services, including other Learning Disability services in the West Sussex area.
