We´ll provide as much information as possible, but please feel free to reach us if you have further questions. We´ll be happy to see your application, even if there are skills you don't quite master!\nAbout Us\nAt South Geeks, we connect top-performing engineers from Latin America with global organizations building meaningful, long-term products. We focus on high-impact work, strong technical environments, and creating spaces where professionals can grow, contribute, and thrive.\nAbout the Client\nOur client builds software that helps companies drive growth at every step of the product-led growth lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, conversion and retention. Their customers reduce friction across their funnels with no-code tools, AI automation, and agents that live in their sites.\nAbout the Role\nAs Senior Product Manager for the product-led growth platform, you will own the builder experience. The goal is to make it seamless for customers to build guidance flows for their most important funnels. You will use the latest AI technologies to identify points of friction in customers' funnels, suggest improvements, build guidance, and provide tools that help end users convert at industry-leading levels.\nThis is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Product Management. You will work within a dedicated pod of 3 to 4 engineers, with shared access to 2 designers.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for the builder experience, from discovery through delivery.\n\nTalk directly to customers, identify their pain points, and synthesize them into clear product requirements, proofs of concept and roadmaps.\n\nUse AI to detect friction in customer funnels and turn those signals into guidance that converts.\n\nPartner with a dedicated engineering pod and shared design resources to ship and iterate.\n\nDefine success metrics and measure whether what ships actually moves them.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of product management experience, including B2B SaaS software.\n\nProfessional product management experience with AI-embedded products.\n\nFamiliarity with evals, datasets and working with AI models.\n\nTechnical enough to work with Git, Claude Code, and fix basic UX issues independently.\n\nAI fluency: uses LLMs and agents as a force multiplier, from prototypes to requirements.\n\nComfortable starting from a blank page and overcoming ambiguity, with a bias for action.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nNice to Have\nA traditional machine learning background: test and training data, evals, and the judgment to know that an LLM is not always the right tool.\n\nFamiliarity with the product-led growth customer journey for SaaS.\n\nExperience leading product for MCPs, APIs or SDKs.\n\nA creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving hard puzzles.\n\nA track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success.\n\nPersonally built or vibe-coded projects, for work or on the side.\n\nDegree in business, computer science or a related field.\n\nOur Team\nWe strive to create an inspiring and growth-oriented environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered. We promote both personal and professional development, with individualized support for your needs and goals. We aim to build a space where everyone can thrive.\nWhat We Offer\nLong-term projects\n\n100% remote work\n\nPayment in USD\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nWork-from-home & training reimbursement\n\nEnglish lessons\n\nTechnical training\n\nCareer
