Apply now.\nWhat you’ll do\nInput of time and attendance data.\nInput of expenses claims, allowances and bonuses.\nMonitor & input Personal Daily Travelling Allowance (PDTA).\nInput of Statutory Sick Pay, allied with company sick pay in accordance with contractual entitlements.\nInvestigation and resolution of pay queries, including the issue of Pay Vouchers where applicable.\nInputting sickness absences into the system and contacting managers for self certificates and fit notes when they have not been sent in. \nSupport the Payroll and Systems Manager with any other administrative tasks.\nThe experience you’ll need\nTo be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application;\nKnowledge of payroll systems.\nComputer literate with a basic knowledge of Excel and Word.\nGood planning and organising skills and the ability to meet deadlines.\nA flexible co-operative approach to work\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nAble to use own initiative, but also to work as a team\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAs proud members of the Armed ForcesCovenant and Disability ConfidentScheme, we will offer you an interview if you apply under these schemes and meet the minimum criteria for the role.
