Key responsibilities as a member of the team include detailed data analysis, data modeling and requirements mapping, ETL design and development, analysis cube development, and BI solution development including presentation layer delivery. This position also works closely with Data Architects within the organization to ensure that new analytics solutions align with the enterprise data management strategy. This includes identification of the true source of data, reducing data redundancy and focus on increased integration of data across business units. This includes increasing data quality, compliance, and governance.\nAdditional requirements of this position include consulting with partners on their business needs, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and interfacing with the partners and other IT team members to build custom business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will have proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise within BI and analytics toolsets and the enterprise infrastructure supporting these solutions.\nThis position requires working on site four days per week at either the APC Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL, or the GPC Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related degree preferred\nExperience with implementing BI/analytics solutions using the Microsoft BI/analytics toolset\nExperience using Power BI APIs and Administrative functions\nExperience working in a fast-paced, competitive information technology organization\nKnowledge/Skills:\nStrong technical knowledge implementing business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI toolset:SQL Server Tools (Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services, PolyBase)\nMicrosoft Azure\nProficient in DAX \nDatabricks\nAdministrative skills in Power BI/Fabric\n\nStrong data modeling skills and understanding of data warehouse design techniques\nKnowledge of data migration and integration\nDeep analytical capability to debug, monitor, and troubleshoot issues with BI solutions\nEffective communication (verbal/written) and leadership skills to foster enterprise adoption of BI solutions by power users within business units and other IT teams\nComprehensive consulting skills with proven ability to work with and influence others\nExcellent customer service skills\nContinuous self-learner\nAbility to handle multiple assignments and conflicting priorities\nAbility to build productive relationships with a focus on cooperation and teamwork\nGeneral Job Responsibilities:\nCapture, document, analyze, and correlate business information from multiple data sources \nScope, develop, package and deliver new business intelligence and analytics solutions\nDevelop online analytical processing (OLAP) cubes, static/dynamic dashboards, and interactive reports, charts, and graphs based on customer needs\nDesign and develop ETL packages; demonstrate thorough understanding of ETL components\nDesign, build and deliver new reports, measures, and KPIs\nPerform detailed data analysis and developing dimensional data models\nServe as a BI subject matter expert to properly assess BI needs for business unit users and map those needs to appropriate back-end solution architectures (i.e. OLTP/transactional databases, data marts, data warehouses, cubes, tabular models, local data sources, etc.)\nCollaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery\nCollaborate with peers;
