Electrician Rincon, Ga, United States Job Description Electrician (Journeyman) - Plant Mcintosh, Rincon, GA JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing electrical maintenance, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining and/or repairing power plant equipment; working on both energized and de-energized equipment; planning work and following procedures/prints to install and maintain equipment; performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment; performing assembly and disassembly of components using proper rigging and lifting techniques; troubleshooting equipment; properly using electrical test equipment; communicating with plant supervision, plant operations personnel, and/or plant maintenance personnel; and responding to call outs in the event work is required after normal working hours. In addition, these positions will maintain plant maintenance records in the Maximo® computer-based work order system and ensure all work complies with environmental permits and regulations.
