You Will Do\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nAct as a senior technical authority for Oracle Cloud ERP design, extensions, and integrations\nLead solution design for complex enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe technical solutions\nContribute to architecture standards, extensibility guidelines, and technical governance\nParticipate in design reviews, architectural forums, and platform roadmap discussions\nEvaluate and design ERP solutions that leverage Oracle-native AI capabilities (e.g., Fusion AI features, AI Agents, and OCI Generative AI) where they add business value\nOracle Cloud ERP Development\nDesign and develop extensions using Oracle-approved tools and frameworks, including:Visual Builder / Visual Builder Studio (VBCS)\nGroovy scripting (object workflows, validations, triggers) (where applicable)\nFast Formulas (where applicable)\nOracle Application Express Development and Modifications\n\nLead development and advanced configuration across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as:Financials: Project Portfolio Management (PPM), along with other areas, including Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Assets, Cash Management\nProcurement, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Expenses\nSupply Chain modules (as applicable)\n\nEnsure designs align to Oracle best practices and remain upgrade-safe across quarterly releases , including thoughtful adoption of Oracle-native AI features and AI-assisted tools where they can help accelerate code review, documentation, or impact analysis\nIntegrations & Data Management\nArchitect, develop, and support integrations using:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nREST and SOAP APIs\nFile-Based Data Import (FBDI) and data conversion frameworks\n\nServe as the technical lead for complex integration and data issues, including:Root-cause analysis\nError handling and reconciliation\nPerformance optimization and selective use of AI-assisted troubleshooting to help analyze recurring integration or FBDI error patterns\n\nPartner with upstream and downstream system owners to ensure reliable and secure data exchanges\nReporting, Analytics & Automation\nLead the design and development of advanced reporting solutions using:BI Publisher (complex data models, bursting, scheduling)\nOTBI and subject area optimization\n\nDrive automation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, including:Exception reduction and straight-through processing automation, AI/ML, and Oracle-native AI capabilities where they can drive measurable efficiency\n\nImprove data quality, usability, and performance across ERP solutions\nDelivery, Governance & Mentorship\nLead technical delivery within Agile / SAFe product teams\nSupport testing strategy, defect resolution, and production readiness activities\nEnsure adherence to security, audit, and SOX-related controls , including responsible review of any AI-assisted or AI generated outputs before they are used in controlled ERP environments\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks\nMentor junior developers and serve as a technical escalation point for the team\nPartner with architecture, security, audit, and operations teams to support enterprise governance\n\n What We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n7-10+ years of ERP development experience, with significant hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience\nDeep expertise in:Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nBI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL-based data modeling\n\nStrong understanding of SaaS extensibility, Oracle security models, and upgrade-safe design\nProven ability to lead complex technical designs and integrations in an enterprise environment\nWorking familiarity with approved AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to support ERP development, SQL/reporting logic, troubleshooting, and documentation\nAwareness of Oracle-native AI capabilities (e.g., Fusion AI features, AI Agents, OCI Generative AI) and how they can be applied within Oracle Cloud ERP solutions\nAbility to use clear, context-aware prompts and independently validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, security, and fit within Oracle Cloud ERP standards\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nOracle Cloud certifications (Financials, SCM, OIC, Analytics)\nExperience with:Oracle Redwood UX adoption and extensions\nSupplier master data governance\nLarge, multi-BU Oracle Cloud implementations\n\nExperience delivering AI/ML-enabled ERP solutions, or hands-on work
