In this role, you will apply data-driven analysis to evaluate existing rates, customer behavior, and emerging pricing opportunities while supporting regulatory initiatives and strategic business decisions.\nAs part of the Pricing & Rates organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, develop reporting and visualizations, and identify actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and customer value. This position offers opportunities to contribute to innovative pricing strategies, support new product development, and strengthen analytical capabilities through modern tools, programming, and statistical analysis techniques.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n4-year degree (required) in technical, analytical, business, engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related field is (preferred)\n\nAdvanced degree and/or certifications a plus but not required\n\nExperience working within traditional databases and/or data lakes and proficiency in at least one or more programming/query language such as SQL, SAS, Python, or R\n\nExperience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and analytical reporting\n\nUtility, regulated industry, or energy market experience preferred but not required\n\nStrong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills\n\nAbility to analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and pricing impacts to identify insights, risks, and opportunities\n\nAbility to communicate data and findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nUnderstanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and trend analysis\n\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders \nExposure to cloud-based analytics tools, databases, or modern data platforms is a plus\nDemonstrate behaviors consistent with Our Values: Safety First, Intentional Inclusion, Act with Integrity, and Superior Performance.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport theexecution of pricing and rates focused data analysis and visualization\n\nAssist the design and execute experimental (where feasible) and quasi-experimental research to study cause and effect relationship between pricing and customer behavior\n\nSupport the provision of data to external requestors -
