JOB SUMMARY: The Data Analytics Analyst is responsible for transforming customer, operational, program, and market data into clear, actionable insights that support decisions and actions across the Georgia Power Customer Experience organization. The role partners with business leaders, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to develop analytics solutions, measure business performance, enable responsible self-service analytics, and communicate complex findings in practical terms for technical and non-technical audiences. JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills) Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields required. Master’s Degree or above in any of the above fields is preferred. Knowledge/Experience/Skills 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data management, or a related field, including the development and delivery of analytics solutions in a business environment.
