This business-critical position will work with a broad range of cross-functional business units and is relied upon heavily to achieve successful outcomes. The position works across multiple departments and groups to increase system efficiency and effectiveness through analytics. The analyst will plan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation and assume responsibility for projects outcomes. Employee will assist in implementation of departmental and capital budgets as well as provide operational coordination. The team member must be able to work independently and must have basic knowledge, understanding, and performance under supervision.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary responsibilities include (but not limited to):\nReview, update, and make recommendations on company policies and procedures to enhance efficiency\nAnalyze data to identify opportunities, risks, and provide recommendations\nCreate monthly reports for leadership on key findings and assessments\nEnhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements\nCollaborate closely with leadership and other business partners to improve cost-effectiveness across multiple areas\nPlan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation\nPartner with leadership to manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines and organizational goals are met\nEnsure the Company remains in compliance with all regulatory agencies, assisting with internal/external audits as necessary\nWork closely with leadership and materials management to maintain inventory movement\nAssist with updating the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and project forecast for current year\nOrder supplies, schedule trainings and other events as needed\nServe as Company liaison at community events, help with volunteer efforts\nServe as the liaison between field locations and other departments\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and software enhancements\nManage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines and organizational goals are met\nCommunicate insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing strategic decisions\nDemonstrate resilience and agility; be adaptable to change\nDemonstrate integrity, respect, and ownership\nEncompass the Company Values on-site team and a virtual team\nProvide project management support to a high volume of capital projects\nWork closely with dig crew leadership and engineers to schedule, create, track, and close capital projects\nEnsure accurate maintenance of location inventory, adhering to all compliance documentation requirements\nProvide all on site operational coordination and all location needs\nTechnical Operations:\nAbility to support a virtual team\nWork with project managers and engineers to create, track, and close capital projects\nWork closely with technical operations leadership and engineers to schedule, create, track, and close capital projects\nDistrict Analyst:\nAbility to support both an on-site team and a virtual team\nProvide project management support to capital projects\nEnsure accurate maintenance of location inventory, adhering to all compliance documentation requirements\nProvide all on site operational coordination and all location needs\nQualifications\nMinimum:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies \nStrong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture \nStrong time management and project management skills\nExperience solving problems within tight timeframes\nAbility to be flexible, adapt to, and embrace change \nAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with team members at all levels of the organization\nProficiency in Microsoft Office application, specifically Microsoft Excel\nWorking knowledge of corporate budget and forecast processes\nStrong business acumen \nAbility to travel as needed to support your team\n\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in a business-related field\nExperience working on the natural gas pipeline, specifically in an analyst role\nExperience using Oracle, PowerPlan, Cornerstone, EAM, and PowerBI\nExperience in inventory management\nProactive approach to embracing change and navigating complex situations\nExperience with LEAN initiatives\nOther requirements:\nValid driver’s license and insurability\nAbility to effectively prioritize in a high stress, demanding environment while remaining
