software applications and features.\nCollaborate with system business owners and other technical staff to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications.\nStay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and practices.\nDocument technical processes and provide user support as needed.\nOther duties as assigned\nArtificial Intelligence\nWork with business users to understand manual or repetitive tasks and implement AI-assisted automation that reduces effort and improves accuracy.\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing workflows, applications, and Power Automate solutions, ensuring outputs are validated and fit for use.\nSupport the evaluation of the performance of deployed AI tools, identify issues or inaccuracies, and make configuration adjustments to improve results.\nAssist in the piloting and testing of new AI features, documenting outcomes and practical findings.\nSupport the preparation and maintainence of user guides, configuration documentation, and training materials for AI-enabled tools and solutions.\nProvide hands-on support and guidance to end users working with AI tools, troubleshooting issues as they arise.\nMonitor AI solution usage and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expanded application.\nSharePoint\nBuild, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online team sites, communication sites, hub sites, document libraries, and list-based applications that meet business requirements.\nGather requirements from business units and deliver SharePoint solutions that improve how teams organize, find, and manage information.\nMonitor SharePoint environment health, storage utilization, and usage metrics, escalating issues and performing routine maintenance as needed.\nProvide end-user training, documentation, and day-to-day support to business owners, site administrators, and general users.\nPower Automate\nDesign, build, test, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows that automate business processes.\nMeet with business users to document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather requirements for Power Automate solutions.\nTest automation solutions thoroughly before deployment, including error handling validation, edge case testing, and user acceptance confirmation.\nAssist in providing training and how-to documentation to business users and support adoption of self-service automation within the organization.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nEntry-level experience in software development\nStrong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills\nAnalytical and organized\nProficiency in one or more Programming or Scripting languages\nUnderstanding of basic data structures\nFamiliarity with version control, coding standards, basic debugging and testing\nPreferred Qualifications\nMajor in Computer Science or similar technical degree\nNatural gas industry experience\nExperience with ESRI or GIS software\nExperience with Web Clients\nExperience with automated builds and deployments\nExperience with reporting tools\nExperience performing code reviews\nTime management and task estimation\nLicense and Insurability\nA valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy are
