needs.\nDevelop sophisticated, strategic analyses using workforce data, integrating supplemental sources to enrich insights and close data gaps.\nUtilize Excel, Power BI, and Oracle to query, validate, and reconcile data across multiple systems.\nIdentify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and defects, collaborating with technical teams to resolve root causes.\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling storytelling and visualization.\nCreate Power Point presentations to facilitate communication of insights and narratives to business leaders and stakeholders.\nPartner with business teams to ensure analytics efforts align with organization priorities.\nBachelors’ or above in quantitative discipline: MIS, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field required\nMinimum of 2 years of analytics experience with a demonstrated ability to identify, interpret, and visualize complex data to generate clear, actionable insights required\nAdvanced analytical skills and comfort navigating large, multifaceted datasets and dashboards in a rapidly evolving analytics environment.\nMeticulous approach to data validation, testing, and quality assurance.\nStrong storytelling skills-able to craft cohesive, influential narratives that connect data to strategic objectives.\nExcellent communication and
