Here, your career can truly take flight.\nJob Summary\nAs a Scrum Master - DevOps Tooling & Pipelines, you'll help drive the delivery of the engineering platforms that every Southwest Technology Team depends on to build, secure, and release software. You'll join the DevOps Tooling & Pipelines Pod, the Team responsible for the enterprise software supply chain, supporting critical capabilities such as code quality, artifact management, container registries, CI/CD, and secure software delivery. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Owners, Technology Leaders, and Engineering Teams to facilitate Agile delivery, remove impediments, and enable the successful execution of large-scale platform modernization initiatives across cloud-native engineering, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation, and developer experience. By fostering Agile best practices, driving transparency, and helping Teams reach peak productivity, you'll play a key role in accelerating innovation across Southwest while contributing to the growth of a high-performing engineering culture that empowers both individual and Company success.\nResponsibilities\nOrganize and facilitate planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings\n\nServe as the team’s radiator, ensuring necessary internal and external communication, while improving overall transparency\n\nEnsure the development teams are practicing the core Agile values, practices and principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility\n\nLook for avenues to increase the productivity effectiveness of the teams in any way possible\n\nAssist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition\n\nAdd value to the team and organization and coach the team up\n\nMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to demonstrate capacity in airport/airline operations, airport finances, contracts, and high regard for interpersonal relationships\nAbility to produce working contracts among different stakeholders such as definition of done, scope lock, acceptance of work etc.\nSkilled in strong organization and communication\nSkilled in utilizing strong problem-solving in an unstructured environment as a self-starter\nSkilled in planning, preparing for, and leading meetings\nAbility to demonstrate and maintain an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information\nSkilled in SAFe\nEducation\nRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training\nExperience\nRequired: Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:Scrum framework and Kanban methods\nVelocity and flow metrics\nTechniques for increasing team effectiveness\n2-5 years of relevant work-related experience\nScrum;
