Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.\n\nAs a Software Engineer - Adobe Fusion, you’ll Build and maintain Adobe Workfront configurations and Fusion automations supporting day-to-day marketing and digital workflows, while partnering with senior engineers to deliver, test, troubleshoot, and document reliable solutions.\n\nResponsibilities\nApply knowledge and skills of software development and testing effectively to solve a range of problems\n\nWork alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices\n\nCollaborate closely with customers and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals\n\nDocument each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance\n\nDetermine and assess the needs of the user and then create software to meet the requirements\n\nIdentify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills\n\nWork in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software\n\nPrepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming\n\nMentor junior members on the team\n\nImprove and expand technical capabilities by continuing their education thru reading, workshops, conferences, and/or communities of practice\n\nMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders\n\nBuild and maintain Workfront request queues, projects, tasks, custom forms, fields, statuses, routing rules, permissions, and reports.\n\nDevelop and support Workfront Fusion scenarios and middleware automations.\n\nConfigure triggers, mappings, filters, transformations, and connected services.\n\nAnalyse module interactions, dependencies, failure points, and downstream impact before making changes.\n\nSupport integrations across Workfront, Fusion, AEM, DAM, AWS, CRM, finance, data, and connected services.\n\nChoose between native Workfront configuration, Fusion automation, or external middleware with senior-engineer guidance.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nIntermediate knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through formal training and / or work experience\n\nAbility to demonstrate consistent knowledge application, skills of software development, and testing to solve a range of problems\n\nIntermediate knowledge of at least one required programming language\n\nAbility to partner, communicate, and negotiate with various Technology or partner Teams\n\nAbility to analyze and manage large, complex, and vague Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations\n\nAbility to take on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work\n\nAbility to mentor others to do the same\n\nAbility to develop, present and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences\n\nHands-on Adobe Workfront configuration across request queues, projects, tasks, custom forms, fields, statuses, routing, permissions, and reports.\n\nPractical Workfront Fusion or comparable enterprise iPaaS experience.\n\nUnderstanding of Workfront and Fusion modules, objects, triggers, mappings, filters, and connected services.\n\nAbility to assess dependencies, failure points, and downstream impact.\n\nEducation\nRequired: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training\n\nExperience\nRequired: Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in software engineering\n\n2-5 years of relevant work-related experience\n\nExperience building and maintaining Adobe Workfront configurations supporting business workflows.\n\nWorkfront Fusion experience strongly preferred;
