They’llLead and mentor a Team of Developers while overseeing the delivery and support of reliable, high-quality software that meets business and technical requirements.They’llpartner with Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Operations Control, and other Stakeholders to align priorities and support regulatory compliance, operational flexibility, and business goals. The Tech Lead Software Engineerleveragesstrong technicalexpertiseand collaboration skills to drive software quality and deliver solutions that support Technical Operations.\nAdditional Details:\nThis Dallas-based role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require onsite presence / travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those requiredvisits, the majority ofyour working time may be spent in an approved remote location within the Dallas -
