The Billing teams are responsible for processing new and renewal customer contracts and revisions on existing contracts to ensure alignment with correct Commercial Sales policies. The Credit and Collections team is responsible for the collection of accounts receivables. You will have the chance to work in a diverse and multicultural environment, interacting with clients and team members worldwide.\nKey Responsibilities - Client Financial Relations/Collections\nParticipation in the collection of all outstanding receivables which includes making collections calls and other communications with clients\nEnforcing Policies and procedures related to collection activities and payment processing \nProviding timely customer service for items such as customer refunds, payment forms, payment discrepancies, and tax forms\nMonitoring and maintaining accounts within assigned territory which include performance of reconciliations and adjustments.\nWorking with other business teams including Sales, Order Management and Client Services to solve customer issues impacting payment\nNoting and reporting customer status through account reviews, account notes and meetings with various business stakeholders\nAssisting in the maintenance of customer contact information\nTraining new Apprentices Sharing knowledge and understanding of processes and procedures\nPerforming other related tasks as required\nKey Responsibilities - Order Management/Billing\nResponsible for processing Quotes submitted by the Commercial organization and ensuring they follow business partner operational guidelines.\nComplete an accurate and thorough review of Standard Quotes daily in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems “Salesforce” to provide an accurate invoice to clients for prompt payment\nGain understanding of core billing systems (Zuora, Oracle Cloud (Fusion), SAP, Salesforce CPQ) and tools utilized in Business Services \nNotify management of trends within OM Review that have a negative impact to SLA (Service Level Agreement) or to our subscribers (Document and provide prompt/actionable resolution)\nFulfill all audit requirements set forth by management.\nPerforming other related tasks as required.\nQualifications:\nAt least a bachelor's degree in any field or relevant discipline - Freshers only.\nExperience in Customer Service, Collections, or Billing roles is a plus but not required\nCandidates must have strong verbal and written English communication skills.\nCandidates will be required to perform in team and individual settings and will be working with global business partners\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, goal oriented and high initiative attributes are competencies for success in this role\nA commitment to excellent customer service\nBasic knowledge of MS Office Suite products including Excel is a plus\nMust be amenable to working a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days each week in an office setting\nWhat’s In It For You?\nOur Mission: \nAdvancing Essential Intelligence.\nOur People:\nWe're more than 35,000 strong worldwide-so we're able to understand nuances while having a broad perspective.
