This includes assisting with the implementation of software specifications, participating in code reviews, and learning software development best practices throughout the production life cycle. The apprentice will support the team in maintaining existing operational products and contribute to new features under the guidance of senior developers.\nKey responsibilities include:\nAssist in transforming business requirements into technical solutions that support the leveraged loan industry\nLearn and contribute to cloud-based application development and maintenance\nSupport the development of data mastering systems for the syndicated loan market\nWrite and maintain code in programming languages such as C# while following established coding standards and best practices\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives\nWork collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions\nLearn and apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment\nDocument code, processes, and technical specifications as required\nParticipate in knowledge sharing sessions and continuous learning activities\nWhat we're looking for\nWe seek candidates with diverse backgrounds and ideas with a desire to learn and thrive.
