Your impact will be felt across the organisation:\nShape product direction - Synthesise client and stakeholder feedback into actionable roadmap recommendations for iLEVEL, Managed Data Services, and emerging market offerings.\nDrive data strategy - Partner with commercial and data teams across S&P Global to evolve the iLEVEL data model and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that serve stakeholder businesses.\nDefine strategic partnerships - Work with external partners to establish integration and referral frameworks that unlock shared value for clients and the business.\nAccelerate Private Markets sales - Serve as a trusted subject matter expert supporting sales opportunities across Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, and Non-Correlated asset managers.\nRepresent iLEVEL externally - Build S&P Global's profile and influence in the Private Markets ecosystem at client meetings and major industry events.\nLead high-visibility initiatives - Drive programmes focused on elevating client experience on and off-platform, and promoting product continuity across S&P Global's data and platform ecosystem - with direct exposure to senior leadership.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBasic Required Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, sales, or sales leadership within financial services or the financial data industry\nDemonstrated expertise in Private Markets, with direct exposure to General Partners (GPs) across Private Equity, Private Credit, or Real Assets\nProven track record in market analysis, strategy definition, and go-to-market execution, with measurable commercial outcomes\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams across global organisations to achieve shared commercial goals\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with experience engaging senior internal and external stakeholder groups\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications\nPrior experience as a client-side user of enterprise financial data or investment management platforms (e.g., S&P Global Market Intelligence or comparable solutions)\nExperience authoring thought leadership content for Private Markets or alternative investment audiences\nExperience defining requirements for strategic partnerships, integrations, or referral arrangements with external organisations\nTrack record of representing a business at industry events or client-facing forums within the Private Markets space\nDemonstrated ability to navigate and influence within large, complex, matrixed global organisations\nAdditional Information\nEmployees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.\nWe require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office.
