They are to carry out this responsibility following established business procedures and policies that are set up to protect revenue while at the same time providing excellent customer service\nThe Impact: This is a key position in the collections team that is part of the Order to Cash processing division. Timing and accuracy are key contributors for invoicing and collections to insure low delinquency through timely collections and improved revenue.\nWhat’s in it for you: With Client Financial Relations, no day is a dull day. This is a critical and vigorous position that requires one to understand various applications such as Salesforce, Akritiv and Oracle. One will be responsible for managing collections along with Sanctioned account handling, to ensure that we remain compliant with sanctioned account policies at all times.\nResponsibilities:\nVigorous participation in the collection of all outstanding receivables which includes making collections calls and other communications\n\nEnforcing Policies and procedures related to payment, cancellation and suspension/termination of customer services\n\nProviding general customer service regarding customer refunds, payment forms, payment discrepancies, and tax forms/ procedures, payment histories, statements of account, etc.\n\nMonitoring and maintaining accounts within assigned territory which include performance of reconciliations and adjustments.\n\nWorking with other business teams including Sales, Order Management, Client Contract Support and Client Relations to solve customer issues which could prevent payment\n\nNoting and reporting customer status through account reviews, account notes and meetings with various business stakeholders\n\nAssisting in the maintenance of customer contact information\n\nPerforming other related tasks as required\n\nAssist in mutual support and knowledge sharing of the global Credit and Collections team\n\nWhat We are Looking For:\nBasic Required Qualifications:\nExcellent verbal and written communication in English\n\nExcellent problem solving skills\n\nCommitment to excellent customer service\n\nFull time job, Able to work from 9 am to 6 pm every day ( or earlier )\n\nStrong attention to detail and goal oriented\n\nAbility to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines\n\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications:\nBasic knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel a plus\n\nCollections, Customer Service, or Billing experience a plus\n\nOnly English CV will be taking into consideration\n\nReturn to Work:\nHave you taken time out for caring responsibilities and are now looking to return to work?
