Be part of S&P Dow Jones Indices providers of iconic and innovative index solutions, bringing transparency to global capital markets.\nIn addition, you will be part of a Global inclusive team where creativity, collaboration and open-mindedness are valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality Engineering & Automation\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs.\nCreate and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms.\nValidate backend services, APIs, and database integrations to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and quality standards are met.\nAnalyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and track issues through resolution using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into continuous delivery workflows.\nParticipate in release validation, deployment verification, and production support activities\nTechnical Skills\nTest Automation: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit\nProgramming Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript\nAPI Testing: Postman, REST APIs, API Automation\nDatabase Testing: SQL, Data Validation\nDevOps & Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines\nAI & Agentic Systems: Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Workflow Validation, Autonomous Testing\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience\n4+ years of experience in complete software testing activities\nKnowledge of Agentic AI concepts, autonomous systems, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.\nExperience working with AI-powered applications, LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent automation platforms.\nExperience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or automated API testing frameworks.\nFamiliarity with AI evaluation, prompt testing, observability, and model validation techniques.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitLab.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience in performance, security, or reliability testing.\nStrong SQL skills for data validation and database testing.\nDomain experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Data Analytics is a plus.\nExperience with Index/Benchmarks and Asset Management is a plus\nExperience and understanding of Agile methodology\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams\nAbout Company Statement:\nS&P Global delivers essential intelligence that powers decision making.
